Position Description: |
Maintain and improve the productivity, quality and performance of CSDVRS call center platform. This position will work directly with call center operations to provide information and analysis regarding call center operations, to design and implement new or existing call center processes and technologies and to support call center planning activities.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the Cosmocom Universe call center platform running in a Windows 2000/2003 environment.

- Collect and analyze information on call center operations.
- Design engineered solutions using new or existing call center technologies and techniques.

- Solicit feedback from functional areas concerning proposed call center improvement ideas.

Position Description: |
The Technical Support Representative will provide direct support to customers who have escalated technical support needs. These contacts could come in via video calls, emails, and transfer from video interpreters. The Technical Support Representative will also be able to provide support to Customer Service personnel.

Primary responsibilities: |
- Answer video inbound calls from customers and answer their questions, record their complaints and/or concerns.
- When requested, report complaints and/or concerns to appropriate departments.
- When requested, assign Personal 800 # to customers
- Provide remote connection support to customers PC for router, modem or no-ip configuration.
- Work with other departments to keep them updated as to trends of issues noticed by the technical support team

Position Description: |
The Customer Service Representative provides the first level of support to CSDVRS customers. The representative will work with customers to address any needs that they may have related to video relay services. If there is a need for technical support, the representative will collect pertinent information and transfer the call to CSDVRS technical support team. Customer Service Representatives will answer inbound calls from customers who may have general inquiries, request for an Personal 800 number, provide assistance to CSDVRS outreach or telesales specialists. .

Primary responsibilities: |
- Primarily answer phones and respond to customers need.
- Provide basic technical support to customers
- Work with Technical Support Team to troubleshoot any technical issues.
- Answer inbound calls from customers via video interpreters and answer questions, record commendations, concerns, installation confirmations, and Personal 800 numbers.
- Transfer customers to Tech Support or appropriate staff as needed
- Complete call logs and reports
- Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
